Emergency Fibre Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This serves to inform you that VOX Fibre has scheduled an emergency service-affecting planned maintenance in the network. Activity Window: Planned Event Start time: 21:00/05 March 2020 Planned Event End time: 07:00/06 March 2020 Expected Downtime: 10:00:00 hours

Affected customers using Frogfoot fibre services in the Johannesburg region may experience Problems with no connectivity during the course of the maintenance.

Once maintenance has been completed, the responsible parties will be performing various troubleshooting diagnostics to ensure no further service impact.

We apologize for inconvenience caused during the outage period.

• Comply with internal audit and record keeping purposes
• Use in connection with legal proceedings which may arise from our contract
• Generally to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements which may from time to time be applicable to our industry.

CORRECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We are obliged to store information which is accurate and updated. You may update, correct, amend or delete your personal information at any time. We will take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before making changes to personal information.
