Dear valued customer,  

Due to unforeseen complications with the vendor, it is necessary to postpone the MR upgrade by one week. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by this postponement.  

The rescheduled dates for the MR (Maintenance Release) upgrade are as follows:  

Phase 1 – 18/19 January (22h00-05h00) – Minor services updates, this includes logs, web interface and other minor services. Voice services will not be affected. 

Phase 2 – 19/20 January (22h00-05h00) – Major service updates, during this time voice services will be heavily affected with intermittent downtime. 

We apologize for inconvenience caused during the outage period.
